The original illness may be under control, but that doesn’t always mean the tissues have recovered.

When organs are injured, the body may lay down scar tissue as part of its repair process. This is called fibrosis.

But too much scar tissue can disrupt normal tissue structure and function, leaving the lungs, liver, or kidneys struggling to do their jobs.

The very process meant to repair damage can become an obstacle to recovery.

So how do we help the body move beyond scarring and support healthier tissue remodeling?

That was absolutely WILD 😳

We just had a CRAZY hailstorm here in Phoenix, Arizona, with baseball-size hail pounding my house

My yard is flooded, some of my window screens are ripped, and I haven’t even dared to go outside to see what happened to my car 😬

The National Weather Service sent an IMMINENT THREAT ALERT warning of destructive hail and severe danger to people and animals caught outside

Arizona weather is no joke today

Right now, I’m just grateful to be safe inside with my dogs ❤️🐾
