🐱 August 22 is Take Your Cat to the Vet Day! 🩺🐾

We know cats aren’t always thrilled about a trip to the vet (and they’re usually very good at letting you know 😹), but routine exams are especially important for our feline friends.

Cats are experts at hiding signs of illness, so regular checkups can help catch changes in their weight, teeth, heart, kidneys, and overall health before problems become more obvious.

📅 If your cat is overdue for their annual exam, consider this your reminder to get them on the schedule!

And if getting your cat to the vet is the hardest part, give us a call—we’re happy to talk about ways to make their visit a little less stressful. 💜

Arizona monsoons can roll in fast, bringing strong winds, heavy rain, lightning, and blowing dust. A few simple precautions can help keep your furry family members safe:

🐶 Bring pets indoors before the storm arrives.
🏡 Make sure gates, fences, and doors are secure.
🏷️ Check that collars, ID tags, and microchip information are up to date in case your pet gets spooked and escapes.
⚡ Keep pets away from windows and outside during lightning and high winds.
💧 Avoid flooded streets and standing water on walks after the storm.
💊 If your pet struggles with storm anxiety, don’t wait until the storm is overhead—contact us ahead of time to discuss options.
