Yesterday, during a conversation with Chewy, I happened to mention that we had lost our sweet Zeva a few months back. It wasn’t a recent loss, and I certainly wasn’t calling about that or expecting anything from them.

And then today… this beautiful bouquet showed up at my door. 💐

I was honestly so touched.

It says so much about a company when kindness like this is simply part of who they are. Chewy understands something that every animal lover knows — they’re never just pets. They’re family, and even long after they’re gone, they remain such an important part of our lives. 🐾🤍

I’ve dealt with a lot of companies over the years, and I can truly say that Chewy’s customer service is exceptional — quite possibly the best I’ve ever experienced.

It’s the unexpected, human touches like this that create customers for life.

Thank you, Chewy, for remembering Zeva and for such an incredibly thoughtful gesture. You absolutely made my day. 💙🐾💐

Bosco has officially passed his health testing, and we couldn’t be more proud! 🙌 Kerry plans to take him to work and is looking forward to training him toward his Canine Good Citizen title.

He truly hit the jackpot with this loving home 💕
