She’s All Cat

09/21/2026

It’s time to recognize the people who spend their days—and often their nights—showing up for cats who need them.

The 3rd Annual Cat Rescuer Awards are about celebrating the incredible people in our community who rescue, foster, TNR, transport, advocate, educate, provide medical care, fundraise, volunteer, and do the countless things behind the scenes that make lifesaving work possible.

This isn’t about who has the biggest rescue, the most followers, or the loudest voice. We want to hear about the people making a difference—especially the ones who don’t always get recognized for it.

Know someone who deserves to have their moment? Tell us their story. ❤️🐾

Self-nominations are welcome.

The National AdvoCAT Academy team is ready full on. Let’s do this. This is no drill. Now is the time we have to educate to be better! I’m telling you nothing is going to change without the education nothing the suffering will not end.

For years, we’ve been going into schools, businesses and community groups teaching people about cats, animal welfare, TNR, spay/neuter, responsible pet ownership and how THEY can be part of the solution.

And I’ve learned something:

It works. But doing it whenever we can isn’t enough anymore. The suffering of our animals and the humans trying to rescue them is the worst It’s ever been.

We cannot rescue our way out of this crisis. We have to get ahead of it — and that means education.

So this is our full-on push to turn the National AdvoCAT Academy into a real, sustainable education program — one that eventually has more educators than just me, reaches schools across communities, and can keep growing year after year.

We are pushing everything we have for 7 days to raise $25,000 so we can move forward with the schools and programs planned for the coming months without having to cancel because the funding isn’t there.

Kids WANT to learn. And when we teach one child, that knowledge doesn’t stay in the classroom. It goes home. It reaches families. It changes communities.

Every great organization started somewhere.

Technically, we started years ago. But this is the moment we decide how big this can become. And it’s so urgent now and it’s so needed you guys.

Imagine looking back two years from now. Five years from now. Thousands and thousands of kids educated. More people knowing what to do BEFORE an animal is suffering. Fewer homeless cats. Less euthanasia. And fewer rescuers destroying themselves trying to keep up with a crisis that never ends.

That is the future I’m trying to build. This is my dream. This is what I know can make a difference in cats and humans lives.

$25,000. Seven days. Starting at $0.

Every donation matters. Every share matters. Every business that steps up matters.

Let’s see what we can build together. Daily updates with community champions and goals! 💗

Education today. Less Suffering tomorrow.
