Palo Verde Animal Hospital is excited to welcome Eric Grossman, DVM, to the practice in October!

Dr. Grossman is a KSU grad that has been living in the NYC area and has decided to make the big move out west! He shares his life with Grey Worm, his 9-year-old domestic shorthair. When he’s not at the clinic, Dr. Grossman loves hiking and keeping up with his sports teams – go Cats!

“Keeping up with routine preventative care recommendations can help avoid more significant issues down the road,” is Dr. Grossman’s most important advice to clients. Dr. Grossman hopes to spread love to each individual animal he treats by always learning new things and applying that knowledge to his practice.

We are accepting new clients and welcoming back old friends with increased appointment availability alongside Dr. Myers. Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone at 602-944-9661.

August is Itchy Pet Awareness Month!

If your pet is scratching more than usual or showing signs like hair loss, red or irritated skin, or recurring ear infections?

Then it's time to schedule a skin checkup.

These symptoms can indicate an underlying skin condition that won't resolve on its own.

Without treatment, skin problems can worsen over time, causing increased discomfort, skin damage, and secondary infections.

Early diagnosis and treatment can help keep your pet healthy, comfortable, and itch-free.

Our sweet wild rabbit friend that was left in our lobby would like to remind everyone that we do not take wildlife at Palo Verde. If you find wildlife in need of assistance, please take them to Liberty Wildlife! Their drop-off window is generally open 8am-6pm 7 days a week, but you can check their website for any changes. This little guy is there now getting amazing care!
