Join us **Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 2:00 PM–4:00 PM** for this in-person gardening workshop with **Beth Reidhead, Maricopa County Master Gardener Coordinator**.
🌱 **In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn:**
• What vegetables, fruits, and flowers transplant well—and when to start them
• Seed-starting mixes and growing media
• Seed treatments and transplant success
• How to care for seedlings, including watering, fertilizing, light, and air requirements
• How to **harden off** your transplants and take off the “training wheels”
• Tips for growing healthy garden starts from seed

You’ll have the opportunity to try seed-starting techniques yourself during class.
