I foster medical, fear and hospice dogs saved from euthanasia. Walking shelter dogs is my favorite hobby.

ADOPT BINDI!!!! She is the sweetest, smartest, super behaved, most loving girl who needs to find her forever home. Bindi was saved from euthanasia in January. She’s available for adoption through Anthem Pets Animal Rescue.

Ariana, it was my pleasure to walk you for almost the last two years. Run free my love 🤍

I was asked to start walking Ari after she sent her mom to the hospital and her mom realized she was too much for her to handle walking at her age. Ari gave me the best greetings. She would wait for me at the door in anticipation and once I got there it would take at least 5 minutes of excitement to see me to get her calmed and prepped for her walks. When she got sick I asked her mom if see should hold off on walks for a bit- she said she may not be able to go on her big walks but she would still love our walks. So we continued. Shorter, slower walks, but the excitement was still there. Her mom cried one day because she was really worried about her but her happiness comes out when I came.
Unfortunately the lymphoma was too rapid. 💔😭

Challenge conquered! Brandy Lynn now lays in my lap, nudges for more pets and even let me pick her up. Zero carrot bribes even needed! 👏 I knew it would happen, just took a lot of patience. 🙂
Her parents are getting married today! I lifted her up to the camera so they could see how well she was doing and so she could wish them a happy wedding day 🥰

Things to know about me:
I am incredibly patient with fearful dogs.
I will never accept having a dog not trust me and will put in the work.
It’s only day one with Brandy but we’ve made a lot of progress.
I had 16 pets today so I didn’t have loads of time to spend with her at a time but she’s in my neighborhood so everytime I went in and I out of the neighborhood I stopped by for a bit working to earn her trust.

🪄 I actually enjoy the challenge of earning a difficult pet’s trust.
