We’re happy to have you here! Our goal is to bring pet parents together and spark positive conversations around the shared love of pets along with the importance of pet health insurance. Here are some guidelines for participating in our Healthy Paws community and on our social channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Youtube. Commenting and Page Viewing
Have advice for another pet parent, a question about your own pet, or just want to share your two cents? We’d love to have you join the conversation! When commenting:
•Please be kind.
•If you have constructive feedback, please express it politely and respectfully.
•Healthy Paws reserves the right to delete comments or to permanently block users who post threatening, violent, harassing, abusive, hateful, vulgar, discriminatory, sexually explicit, unlawful, profane, or content considered to be bullying of community members, customers, or Healthy Paws Pet Insurance employees.
•If you have violated any of the community rules, we have the right to ban you from our page and remove all access to posting and viewing.
•Any false claims about Healthy Paws policy coverage will be removed.
•Any post or comment that includes personal policy information such as: email address, phone number or policy number will be removed to protect personal privacy.
•Posts that are promotional or deemed, in our sole discretion, as ‘spam,’ including advertising external businesses or linking to third party services will be removed.
•Healthy Paws prohibits trolling, which may include excessive posts, repetitive off-topic posts, and posts by fake or impersonation accounts. Such posts may be deleted, and the profiles blocked. Our social media moderators strive to respond to as many relevant questions and comments as possible. We reserve the right to use our best judgment in selecting the messages we respond to. Comments or content that do not comply with our social media guidelines or that risk putting Healthy Paws or other users in legal jeopardy, may be removed.
