At Char and Whiskers, we are creators who are as obsessed with pets as you are. We create custom pet art that will have your neighbors talking and design pet accessories that will have people stopping you on your walks. We support BIPOC, q***r, women artists and small pet businesses, bringing you a special selection of pet goods that you wouldn’t find in your typical chain pet store.

Thrilled to announce that Char and Whiskers has launched on Chewy!

We’re so incredibly excited for this opportunity, it truly is a dream come true. I cannot thank the Chewy team enough for being so kind and helpful with the process.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Char and Whiskers along the way, especially those who commissioned portraits in the very beginning when they were drawn with a glitchy iPad and $5 stylus.

We made it into British Vogue!

It all started with a dog named Pippin…

Years ago, my friends and Hai Lam requested a line pet portrait of Pippin. I even saved that drafts from that day. And the painting is my most recent art of him. 2000 → 2026

I feel so fortunate for Pippin every day. Without him, Char and Whiskers wouldn’t exist and who knows where I’d be! Because of him, I get to be a full-time artist. Crazy how a dog can change your life.

He was a good boy. Probably the smartest dog I’ve ever met tbh. The amount of tricks he knew were unreal. He was gentle and so sweet.

Lots of changes happening this summer and I’m still adjusting.

The biggest being moving into a new studio space and I’m excited to show you when it’s ready!

Participating in World Cup festivities has been so fun. It’s a once in a lifetime event so I’ve been grateful for the opportunities at Marc Jacobs and FIFA World Cup 26 Philadelphia™.
