We have 2 pups, in our 3 story Roxborough home. We began watching dogs out our home July 2019 and went full time daycare July 2021. We pride ourselves on open communication, safety, love and lots of pics! HOW WE STARTED?:
It was important for us to keep our pups social and find affordable but top notch dog care! BACKGROUND:
Tracy has a BA in Organizational Leadership and specializes in Pets, Kids and professional organizer. Tracy have been around pets for years, began offering vacation visits to show dogs over 20 years ago. She operated a Pet sitting business in LA for 5 years in addition to pet sitting in Cleveland, Ohio for friends and family where she completed her organizational leadership degree at Cleveland State. Tracy has trained a few dogs over the years and has knowledge of basic training and will reinforce your training plan. She is very active, and enjoy taking pictures, walking, hiking, playing fetch and of course snuggling. She is very comfortable giving meds and have experience with separation anxiety and noise anxiety. Pete is an mechanical engineer and has had big and little dogs all his life. OUR HOME:
Home environment contains 2 flights of wooden steps . Our back yard is Turfed and fully protected, with a 6 ft aluminum fence with small dog panels on bottom (installed Aug 2023). Great for parties, backyard play and potty breaks. Our indoor floor plan is open, each floor has steel gates at the top of each set of stairs if we need to separate the dogs. Also great for private feedings! All pups are allowed on furniture. The 1st floor is dedicated to 6-7 small doggy daycare pups during the day with one of our professional sitters. Our 2nd floor also has 6 dogs and a profession sitter with outdoor access down the spiral staircase. At night everyone roams 1st-3rd floor. Bedtime we like to cuddle with everyone in our bed (3rd floor) before we sleep and after we wake up. We do ask all dogs to sleep in their own beds/floor or crate if trained! If your pup is in need of a crate during the stay, we have 6 crates if needed! Also, we provide food/water bowl. We have everything you need so you can travel light. NOTE: Crates are only used if they use them at home. We have an LLC

Tracy focus on the office duties of Two Dog People, fills in where needed and Professionally Organize's others homes. Pete works from home office 2 days a week. Between our team of staff Our staff and the Tracy and Pete the dogs are very rarely left unattended. We offer 2 downtime periods throughout the day for themselves, approximately 1 hour each. If Tracy and Pete run out on weekends, the dogs are with sitters or separated and never left more than 2 hours at a time. REQUIREMENTS / PROCESS:
Every client must complete a complementary meet & greet to ensure proper fit. Proof of updated shots (Bordetella, Rabies, Distemper). Fill out Information sheet
Must be on flea & tick and Heartworm. Due to the recent Dog Influenza outbreak, we recommend the vaccination

During Romp and playtime we are engaging in chase, fetch, enrichment activities and basic training practices. We love celebrating our holidays with fun games and festivities. WE'LL HAVE FUN, FUN, FUN WHILE MOMMY AND DADDY ARE AWAY! HOURS OF OPERATION - Effective May 20, 2024:
M-F : 7:00am - 7:00pm
Sat & Sun : 8:30am - 6:30pm
Preferred drop off and pick up anytime during business hours except downtime. Downtime: 10-11a and 3-4p M-F
WHAT IS YOUR APPROXIMATE DAILY SCHEDULE:
Feedings: 7-9a, 11-1p (if needed) & 5-7p. Yard Time: Every 1.5 / 2hrs, We spend 20 / 30 min each time engaged and playing
Downtime: 10-11a and 3-4p. Romp / Playtime: 11a-2:30p, 4p-6p, & 7p-10p. Walks : 12p -2p, 20 - 30 min pack walks are 1x a day (weather dependent). Pack Basic Training Review: 2:15 - 2:45p
Bed: 10p - 7a. HOW MANY DOGS DO WE TAKE AT ONE TIME?:
Our house is typically full of dogs. Our max for Daycare is 12-14, including our 2 (6/7 to 1 ratio)

We do book up fast but maintain a waitlist in case there are cancellations. HOW DO I RESERVE A SPOT FOR SERVICES?:
We offer bookings 4 months in advance. example: Dec 22, 2024 visit you can book as early as Sept 1, 2024
