We’re Hiring! Assistant Head Groom and Working Student (2 Positions Available)
With two of our wonderful girls headed back to school, we are currently looking to fill two grooming positions within our team. This role works directly alongside our Head Groom, Erin, supporting the daily management and care of our top-level sport horses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Show grooming at competitions
• Assisting with barn management and daily horse care
• Trailer driving
• Lunging and general horse handling
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail
• A genuine passion for horses and horsemanship
• A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• A clear understanding that the horses always come first
Location & Benefits:
• Based in Charlottesville, VA, with winters spent in Ocala, FL
• Housing provided in both locations
