We make available free rudimentary cat shelters in Philadelphia during the cold months. This is sweet Maverick nestled up nicely on a freezing day. You can't see it in the picture but that ear sure is tipped! We are always super open to any suggestions on how to make the shelters more environmentally conscious (while keeping them low cost so we can give them out for free!).
