When one of the team brings their dog to work, they will usually hang out with our front desk team... but with it being Halloween time, that means costume changes all day!
Skylar's dog, Kenai, was such a good sport and wore a variety of costumes, from a full on cop outfit to just some spooky sunglasses, she did great!

Such great caring staff. Thank you for all you do for the patients we see and the owners that care for them. Working with all of you is the best. What a great Boss’s Day surprise.

Cosmo is a 4 and a half month old Golden Retriever. He has a unique request at feeding time. No matter how he is given the ok to go ahead and eat dinner, he requires a kiss on the head before enjoying his meal!

After forty-three years under the leadership of Dr. Marsha Cashwell, Companion Animal Hospital will begin a new chapter with owner Dr Andrew Milenkovitch, effective September 15. We are celebrating this transition, and welcoming Dr. Milenkovitch as he leads Companion into the future.

Please join us in celebrating this “official” transition by dropping by the hospital this Friday, September 18 between 4 and 6 pm EST to say hello to Dr Cashwell and Dr Milenkovitch, and to have a glass of tea and some snacks.

Thank you to our amazing clients and community for giving us opportunity to serve you as part of your family’s health care team. We look forward to continued success as a locally owned, independent veterinary practice.

Our very first patient in the new hospital when we moved in September 1991-thirty five years ago! As you can see the kennel runs were not even completed. This sweet boy was the victim in a gas water heater explosion in his owners’ home and came to us for care. Fortunately non- life threatening injuries and did well.
