📢 Important Appointment Policy Update – Fabulous Fur Babies Boarding & Grooming 🐾
At Fabulous Fur Babies Boarding & Grooming, we value your time, and we ask that you value ours as well. To better serve all of our clients and keep our schedule running smoothly, we are updating our appointment policy.
Our Updated Policy:
🐾 One free reschedule is allowed with no penalty.
🐾 If you reschedule more than once and then fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $10 no-show fee for each missed appointment. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
🐾 Returning clients with a history of no-shows will be required to keep a valid credit or debit card on file. Before a new appointment can be booked, a $10 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file to cover the previous missed appointment.
🐾 After five (5) no-show appointments, you will no longer be eligible to schedule appointments with Fabulous Fur Babies Boarding & Grooming.
🐾 If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your appointment time to another client and accommodate those on our waiting list.
We understand that emergencies happen, and we will always do our best to work with our clients when unexpected situations arise. These policies are in place to protect our time, our business, and the clients who are waiting for appointments.
