Hi! 👋 We’re Megan and Tim — the husband-and-wife owners behind Pawsitive Purrfection!
Dogs have been a huge part of our lives for as long as we can remember, and after nearly 10 years of working with them professionally, they’ve become much more than our business — they’re basically our entire lifestyle. 😂
Our love for dogs is deeply personal. Our home has always revolved around our dogs, and over the past year and a half, we experienced the heartbreaking loss of two of our beloved senior Puggles.
Foxy was my heart dog. I was lucky enough to have her in my life for 18 years, and she lived to the incredible age of 19. She was a huge part of my life and the reason behind so many of my favorite memories with dogs.
We also said goodbye to Pullo, who passed away at 18 years old. Losing them both within such a short period of time was incredibly difficult, and their absence is still felt every day.
But our home didn’t stay quiet for long. ❤️
Today, we’re a family of six dogs:
🐾 Chloe & Lily — our senior Chihuahuas and the wise ladies of the family.
🐾 Chet & Buck — our Puggles, ages 3 and 1, who bring plenty of personality and entertainment into our lives.
🐾 Bea & Fern — our recently rescued, bonded 1-year-old female Puggles. These girls came into our lives together, and we’re excited to give them the stability, patience, and love they deserve as they begin their new chapter with us. Needless to say, there’s never a dull moment in our house!
Megan is the trainer of the duo and spends most of her free time doing… you guessed it… more dog stuff. 😂 She competes in canine scent work with Chet and has also been training Buck in scent work since he was seven months old.
When Tim isn’t helping keep everything running behind the scenes, you can usually find him on the golf course, relaxing with our crew, or cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. 🏈
We’ve built a life — and a business — around dogs, and we’re incredibly lucky that we get to do it together! ❤️
