It is self owned by Tanya Smith who has been grooming and taking care of animals for the past 10 Years. Ruff and Fluff Grooming is open for business !!!!!!Are you needing to get your doggies Hair cut well this is the place to bring them!!!My haircuts include haircut nail trim pull hair from ears (if needed) bath and dry!!
