A new boarding contract will be required to be signed at your next boarding reservation.

Important updates about deposits and fees are shown below.

Changes to reservations:

If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so as soon as possible.

Once we confirm your reservation, usually 1-2 weeks before boarding dates, you will be charged for the dates confirmed.

If you end up coming home early, yes you can pick up early, but you will still be charged for your whole reservation.

Please remember, we are saving a spot for your dog and turning others away. We hope this policy helps some of the issues we had over the summer.

Cancellations:

We understand that cancellations happen. We just ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to cancel your reservations.

If you paid a deposit- the deposit will not be refunded.

After 2 cancellations we will require 50% of the boarding total to be paid in order to make a reservation.

Pre-payment- All visits over 14 days will require 1/2 of the visit to be paid for at drop off.

I have laughed way too many times at this little Skelton head popping up in the window, while wondering what my clients think is going on in there!

I promise, I’m not hiding real skeletons in there, it’s just a Halloween decoration. 🎃💀🐾

Deposit: $50.00/dog non-refundable deposit required to make your boarding reservation.

This applies to new clients, reservations over 7 days, reservations during busy times or any other reservation that we see fit.

Deposit must be received within 7 days of making reservation.

💉Vaccines: We require rabies, distemper parvo and bordetella vaccines.

🐾All vaccines must be completed at least 10 days in advance of boarding reservation.

Puppies must have all puppy shots and we will verify this with your vet.

There are no exceptions to this. If pet has not had vaccines updated at least 10 days in advance of boarding they will not be able to come.
