So often in Northern California at this time of year, our warm weather doesn’t match up with the season on the calendar. That’s not going to stop us from making pasture raised veal roasts! (heaps of peas help keep things light 😉)
You can find all sorts of inspiration for your late summer / early autumn cooking at the farmers market today. It really is the best time of year — tomatoes and peppers alongside winter squashes, eggplants next to apples and pears. And of course, you find us right where we always are, with an exceptional selection of free range poultry, pasture raised veal, grass fed goat, and more. We can’t wait to see you!!
