September is off to a pretty dang good start!!!

8 horses worked on already to kick off the month! 🙌

I’ve got a fun few weeks ahead and will be taking No Diggity on the road quite a bit. If you’ve been thinking about getting your horse worked on, now is a great time to catch me while I’m already in your area!

And if you don’t see your area listed - ask!! I would love to make the trip to come see you.

I’m super excited to be hitting the fall trail rides (it’s my favorite season) and soon enough, barrel races! 😁🍂

📍 Sept. 15 — Mosinee
📍 Sept. 18–20 — Manawa | Symco Trail Ride
📍 Sept. 29 — Green Bay
📍 Sept. 25–27 — Shawano | Red River Trail Ride

Whether your horse is feeling a little off, carrying some extra tension, getting ready for a big weekend, or just due for some maintenance — I’d love to get them worked on.

Message me to grab a spot!

Fall trail riding season is honestly one of my favorite times of year! 🍂🐴 And it’s HERE!

No Diggity Equine Bodywork will be at Wittenberg Trail Ride all weekend - Thursday through Sunday!

Getting ready to put some miles on your horse this fall? This is a great time to get ahead of soreness and help your horse feel their best before the season really takes off.

Bodywork sessions can help support:

• Relaxation and release of muscular tension
• Improved mobility and range of motion
• Recovery after long rides or strenuous work
• Better body awareness and comfort
• Releasing areas of restriction and tightness
• Overall balance and physical comfort

BODYWORK SESSION $100 (structural balancing and decompression)

MagnaWave PEMF sessions can be a great addition for:

• Supporting circulation and recovery
• Helping with post-exercise soreness
• Promoting relaxation
• Supporting muscle recovery after a long day on the trail
• Helping your horse recover between rides

MAGNAWAVE PEMF SESSION $65 ($35 ADD-ON to BW)

Some issues I’ve helped address in trail horse clients include:

✨ Head tossing or throwing their head
✨ Gaping mouth at the bit
✨ Trailer loading refusal
✨ Rushing downhill
✨ Bracing through the neck or poll
✨ Resistance to bending or turning
✨ Being cinchy, cranky, or reactive during saddling
✨ Difficulty standing quietly to mount
✨ Reluctance to move through obstacles
✨ Stiffness or restricted movement
✨ Back, shoulder, neck, or hip tension
✨ General post-ride soreness and stiffness

If your horse ends up a little sore after putting in the miles, stop over and see me for a bodywork or MagnaWave session! Or better yet, get them checked out before the miles add up. 😉

🐴 No Diggity’s Noodle Neck Chronicles 🐴
Equine Bodywork Joke of the Week

Owner: “I’d like to set up an appointment for my horse… they just seem a little off.”

Horse: “I’m not sore. I’m fine! I’m just angry because my owner wouldn’t let me eat the entire treat bag!” 🥕😂

Also horse: moves like a shopping cart with one bad wheel, refuses one lead, and makes a face when you touch their back. 👀

Me: “Oh really? That’s interesting… because your fascia, poll, neck, and back are telling me a very different story.” 😏

Horse after a productive whole-body session and feeling less restricted:
“Okay, fine… maybe I was a little tight. Since you’re already here, can you also release the restriction preventing my owner from buying me more treats?” 🙏🤣

✨ Educational moment:
Horses don’t always communicate discomfort in obvious ways. Sometimes they show us through changes in movement, stiffness, resistance, or behavior. Bodywork can help identify areas of tension and support better comfort, mobility, and body awareness.

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from No Diggity Equine Bodywork! ❤️🤍💙

Wishing you, your family, and your horses a safe and happy Independence Day!

While the fireworks are beautiful for us, they can be stressful for our equine partners. Even horses that appear calm may spend the evening bracing, pacing, running fences, or holding tension throughout their bodies. That tension can linger long after the fireworks are over.

In the days following fireworks, horses may benefit from structural balancing and decompression bodywork to help:
✨ Release muscle and fascial tension
✨ Encourage relaxation of the nervous system
✨ Restore comfortable, efficient movement
✨ Support overall recovery after a stressful event

If your horse seems stiff, sore, anxious, or just isn’t moving quite like themselves afterward, a Structural Balancing & Decompression Bodywork session can help restore comfort and encourage the body to relax and move more freely.

🎇 4th of July Recovery Special 🎇

🎆 Book a Full Structural Balancing & Decompression Bodywork Session by July 10th and receive a FREE MagnaWave PEMF add-on!

MagnaWave PEMF helps support circulation, encourages relaxation, and prepares the body to be more receptive to hands-on bodywork—making it the perfect complement to your horse’s recovery session.

Offer valid on new appointments booked by July 10, 2026. Cannot be applied to previously scheduled appointments.

Thank you for supporting No Diggity Equine Bodywork. Have a fun, safe, and horse-friendly Fourth of July! 🇺🇸🐴

Haul-In Bodywork Appointments Now Available

Going forward, I’ll also be offering haul-in bodywork appointments at my place just outside of Peshtigo!

I will still be doing farm calls whenever possible, but haul-in sessions are a great option for more consistent scheduling, focused one-on-one work, and a relaxed environment without travel delays.

As my schedule continues to book out, availability for both haul-in and farm calls will become more limited, so I recommend reaching out early if you want to get on the schedule.

This is especially helpful for horses needing regular maintenance, performance support, or recovery work where consistency makes a big difference.

📩 Message me to schedule your haul-in appointment or farm call. I look forward to working with you and your horse!

I want to hear from you! 👇🐴

As an equine bodyworker, I’m passionate about helping horse owners better understand how their horse’s body functions, moves, and compensates.

What would you like to learn more about?

▪️ Major muscle groups and what they do
▪️ The connection between the poll, TMJ, neck, back, and hind end
▪️ Common compensation patterns
▪️ Topline development and core strength
▪️ Hoof balance and its effect on movement
▪️ Why horses struggle with bending, leads, collection, or performance issues
▪️ Signs your horse may be uncomfortable before it becomes a bigger problem
▪️ How bodywork supports performance, recovery, and longevity

Or maybe there’s a topic you’ve always wondered about but never had the chance to ask?

Drop your questions in the comments! ⬇️

No question is too simple. Chances are if you’re wondering about it, other horse owners are too—and it may become a future educational post!

Wondering if your horse needs bodywork? 🤔🐴 Take a look at this handout I put together featuring 5 common reasons horses may benefit from bodywork.

One of the most common things I hear is, “My horse isn’t lame, so they don’t need bodywork.” This is one of the biggest misconceptions about equine bodywork.

Horses don’t have to be lame to benefit from bodywork. Changes in behavior, performance, flexibility, posture, movement quality, or overall comfort can all be signs that something isn’t functioning as well as it could be. Many horses show subtle signs of tension, compensation, or movement restrictions long before obvious lameness appears.

Check out this handout to learn 5 common reasons your horse may benefit from bodywork—even if they seem sound. You might be surprised by some of the signs! 🐴✨

If any of these sound familiar, feel free to reach out with questions or to discuss whether bodywork may be a good fit for your horse.
