We have been contacted by someone who is moving into senior housing and is not allowed to bring her pets. She reached out to us about her red eared slider, but we are completely maxed out on slider turtle intakes. As a matter of fact, we also have sliders available for adoption, and that have been for several years now, with no interest.

If you think you can give a permanent, appropriate home to this red eared slider, let us know, and we will pass the information on to her. I am attaching pictures that she sent me of her 15 year old turtle. Thank you!

While Woma Pythons are considered Least Concern on the I.U.C.N. red list, they ARE actually endangered in several localities. This is mostly due to habitat destruction for agriculture, and predation by cats and foxes. You can come visit Alphabet, one of our Womas, today at our 11am tour!

We have baby and subadult Mourning geckos that need new digs. This species stays small (3.5 to MAYBE 4 inches) and are all girls. All babies are clones of the mothers, which is what is called parthenogenisis. They get the name Mourning geckos because it is said they are mourning for the males they will never know. Males are EXTREMELY rare as they are only produced as a genetic anomaly, and are sterile, meaning they are unable to breed.

If you are looking to add Mourning geckos to your vivarium, contact us! This baby was pictured next to a Gatorade cap to show how tiny they are.
