Here is what she says about her:
She is an extremely loving and cuddly girl but has some challenges that we have tried to work on but can’t seem to get past. She will need a family that has the means to get her the training she needs.
She has a really hard time with food aggression. She does not like anyone messing with her while she is eating. Even walking by her will cause her to growl. She also will not go to the bathroom outside if there are any loud noises or people. She will run right to the door even if a car drives by. She is spayed and does alright with bigger kids but smaller kids are not ideal for her. She tends to get a little to rough when playing. She does ok with other cats and dogs and will be shy at first but warms up after awhile.
We have been taking her to Mitten Dog Company to get her some exposure to other dogs and she has been doing great there.
Taking her in public is almost impossible. She does not like to be in large crowds at all. Small groups are fine but larger groups are too much for her. She gets very anxious and will try to get you to pick her up and hold her, which is not ideal lol.
She is super loving and cuddly when she is with people that she trusts. She loves laying next to you and loves any and all attention.
Separation anxiety is strong with her lol. She does not like to be left alone for long periods and we have not been able to keep a bed or even a small blanket in her crate with her as she will chew them up.
She will be great with a family that has another dog her size so I am starting here. Small dogs are fine but she loves to play and sometimes it can be a bit much for smaller breeds.
Please reach out to me if you have any questions at all. We want nothing but the best for our girl and unfortunately we cannot give it to her. We are willing to wait until the perfect family is found. We do not want to rush this.
