Congratulations to John Kern for being voted as our Employee of the Month for May 2026! John has played a critical role in several major projects over the past month, consistently stepping up to support both fabrication and installations. His willingness to go above and beyond has significantly impacted the team’s success.
In addition to his project contributions, John will also be helping to cross-train teammates, demonstrating his commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement. As Oscar Vasquez shared, John has been “crucial to all major projects we are currently working on.” Also, Paul Cramer noted that John has been “on top of all projects and has done them very well.”

A little hands on learning at the office today thanks to Stacy. 😄
She put together a fun product training showing us different bedding, coop, and stall refresher options including zeolite and PDZ products. It was a great way to see the differences side by side and learn more about what works best for different setups.
Always something new to learn in the feed world and we appreciate the time our reps take to teach our team. 🐴🐓
