Due to the ongoing effects of the hurricane, we are operating with limited staff today .

We will be triaging all patients on arrival , and emergency and urgent cases will be seen first . Non-urgent appointments and walk-ins may experience longer than normal wait times .

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we do our best to care for as many pets as possible under these challenging conditions.

If you are unsure whether your pet’s condition is an emergency, please call us before coming in so our team can advise you.

We’re relieved to let everyone know that the clinic will be back to our normal operating hours this week . We hope everyone is safe and doing well after the hurricane.

Due to the approaching hurricane, our clinic is officially CLOSED until further notice.

The safety of our patients, clients, and team is our top priority. Please stay safe, follow local emergency guidelines, and make sure you have any necessary supplies and medications on hand for your pets.

We will post updates as soon as we know when we’ll be able to reopen. Thank you for your understanding, and please give your pets an extra cuddle from us.

Warrington Vet Clinic will be CLOSED this Friday due to the approaching hurricane to help keep our clients, patients, and staff safe.

We will have a skeleton crew on-site Friday morning for medication pick-ups only . If your pet needs refills, please call us as soon as possible so we can have everything ready for you.

📅 Friday: Closed for appointments and procedures
⏰ Friday morning: Limited staff available for pre-arranged medication pick-ups only

Please make sure you have:

● Enough medications for your pet
● Any special food or supplies they may need through the storm

In case of emergency when we are closed, please contact your nearest 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital.

🚨 Weather / Hurricane Update 🚨

We are closely monitoring the approaching storm and its potential impact on our area. For the safety of our clients, patients, and staff, we may be closed all day Friday or operate a half day , depending on conditions.

✅ Pet Preparedness Reminders:

● Refill all medications your pet may need over the next 1–2 weeks
● Make sure you have enough pet food on hand
● Stock up on fresh water for your pets
● Keep your pet’s carrier, leash, ID tags, and vaccination records easily accessible

We will post an update tonight with our final decision on Friday’s hours.

🚨Important Update Regarding Outside Pharmacy Prescriptions🚨

We’re committed to providing safe, accurate, and timely prescription services for your pets, and we want to be upfront about a policy update we’re implementing.

What’s Changing?
Beginning July 1st, 2026, we will no longer be accepting email or fax prescription requests from outside pharmacies. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please reach out to a team member with any additional questions or concerns.

Under Florida law, s. 474.224, F.S., you have the right to receive a written prescription to be filled at a pharmacy of your choice, or to have it filled through our online pharmacy. Please note that if this prescription is requested outside of an appointment, it may take 24-48 hours to have you written prescription ready.

Independence Day is less than two weeks away!❤️🤍💙 if your fur babies are afraid of fireworks, now is the time to get their medication refills in! Our office will be closed July 3rd, in honor of said holiday, and to give our hardworking staff some much deserved time off with their friends and families🫶🏼 we will reopen Monday, July 6th with normal business hours.
