🐾 The Pawdicure Society Pawpers 🐾

Dearest readers,

Allow this author to introduce our newest Society sisters, Lady Sadie and Lady Coco. 🐶💕

Lady Sadie is a distinguished older coonhound who adores two things above all else: her daddy and hunting! 🦌 Her six-month-old sister, Coco, still has much to learn from her—beginning with the realization that the grooming table is not nearly as frightening as it appears.

Coco had never experienced a proper pampering before, and it certainly showed this morning! She was unsure of our strange equipment and Society customs at first. But by the end of her visit, she was dancing around the room and proudly bringing us her toys. 🥰

Sadie, on the other paw, thoroughly enjoyed every moment. She received a lovely warm bath, cozy towels, and a relaxing rubdown. She even stretched out upon the grooming table and rested her old bones while we dried her coat and tended to her nails—all while Coco watched her big sister with great curiosity.

This author strongly suspects that when the Rescue Carriage returns, both sisters will be ready to welcome us!

Next, we traveled to visit our dear Lord Sonny. Sonny recently suffered a rather unpleasant tummy bug and had to spend some time in the hospital. Thankfully, he has recovered beautifully and is ready to resume his most important duties: lizard hunting in the backyard with his mama and chasing every squirrel bold enough to enter his kingdom! 🦎🐿️

We concluded our day by meeting the magnificent Empress Megalodon, sister to Empress Mushu, whom we pampered on this author’s birthday. And readers, these two beauties have our creative grooming inspiration positively overflowing! There is something especially satisfying about shaping a beautiful coat with a pair of scissors—after all, sc******ng is every groomer’s favorite part. ✂️🥰

Another lovely day was shared by Mr. Kenny and this author—loving on dogs, enjoying the Florida sunshine, and traveling together in our Rescue Carriage.

To spend our days caring for these precious animals while building this dream side by side is more than we could have asked for.

It truly is a dream come true, and we are eternally grateful. 🥹🐾💕

I’m not saying buy her foods. At $60 a bag, ugh… but, her point, is worth a listen. I followed her link, went to the website and listened to her video, and wow! She’s so right!!
I recommend listening to her. 5 minutes will blow your mind. Talk to your vet about it. Find out what’s best for your dog’s digestive health.
I wish I could go back in time and change this for our dog Butterfly. She struggled for years with digestive health.

🐾 The Pawdicure Society Pawpers 🐾

Early this morning, we set off in the Rescue Carriage to welcome our newest member—Lord Kota, the trusty Guard Doodle.

Kota initially announced his displeasure at our arrival with all the authority expected of a gentleman guarding his estate. But then Mom produced the treat bag…and suddenly, it was all perfect sits and wagging tails. 🤣

Once he discovered we were setting up on his very own front porch—outside being the magical word guaranteed to delight nearly every dog—his reservations began to disappear.

With Mom providing a steady supply of treats and Mr. Kenny demonstrating that nail trims can actually be quite fun, Kota decided we were acceptable company after all. He and his mother even invited us to return next month. We shall consider that the highest possible compliment from the estate’s head of security. 🥰

Then we returned to the home of Lady Rarity for another afternoon of pampering.

This beautiful young lady truly has this author’s heart. ❤️ Rarity has the gentlest soul and takes such wonderful care of her mama—even if she occasionally feels compelled to issue a formal protest during her nail trim. 🤣

Next month is Lady Rarity’s birthday, and her mama has reserved our very special:

A Special Announcement from the Pawdicure Society 🐾📰

Dearest readers,

It appears our little Society has grown to 300 members! 👀🎉

When Kenny and I first loaded our grooming supplies into the Rescue Carriage, we simply hoped to help pets feel comfortable, loved, and beautiful—right inside their own homes.

We never imagined how quickly Pensacola and the surrounding communities would welcome us into their homes, trust us with their beloved pets, share our stories, and follow along with each new edition of the Pawdicure Society Pawpers.

Behind every one of those 300 followers is a person who chose to support our dream—and quite often, a very spoiled little lord or lady waiting for their turn at the grooming table. 🥰

Thank you for every recommendation, comment, shared post, appointment, wagging tail, sloppy kiss, and warm welcome. You are helping us build something far greater than a grooming business.

You are helping us build a community. 💕

Dearest Society,

Today, the Rescue Carriage carried us to visit Roo’s brother, Lord Moose 🫎—and goodness, was he ready for us!

Like every distinguished lord and lady of the Pawdicure Society, Moose received our full grooming attention. His valet for the day was Mr. Kenny, who handled most of the pampering—from his luxurious bath to his careful drying—while this author tackled his handsome fur and, of course, his Pawdicure. 🐾

Next week, we shall meet yet another brother from this noble household: Lord Orzo!

Then it was off to Milton to welcome our newest Society members, Eddy and Bear—two very handsome young gentlemen who carried themselves splendidly throughout their visit. Their baby sister will officially make her Society debut next week, and we cannot wait to meet her! 💕

Now, this author is off to enjoy dinner with the kiddos before making a very important trip to the mailbox…where a brand-new pink dye and fresh drying towels await! Because apparently, even a Society groomer gets excited about laundry and colorful paws. 😆🩷
