🐾 IMPORTANT MEDICATION & SOFTWARE TRANSITION UPDATE 🐾
We’re officially entering a new world at Davis Animal Hospital! 🎉 Next Tuesday, 9/22, we’ll be launching our new software system, and while we’re excited about the improvements it will bring, we expect there to be a few bumps along the way as our team learns the new system.
💊 MEDICATION PICKUP DEADLINE
If you currently have a medication pending pickup, please make arrangements to pick it up by Monday, 9/21 at NOON.
Any medications that have not been picked up by noon Monday will need to be returned to stock as we transition systems.
📋 MEDICATION REFILL REQUESTS
Medication requests submitted Sunday, 9/20 or Monday, 9/21 will not be able to be filled until after our software transition is complete. Please plan for a few days of delay while we get everything up and running.
🚨 Need an urgent medication refill?
If your pet needs an urgent refill during this transition, please call our office directly at 850-479-9484 so we can discuss your pet’s needs and determine the best way to help.
We ask that everyone please expect some delays next week as our team learns an entirely new system and gets comfortable with our new workflow. We promise we’re doing everything we can to make the transition as smooth as possible!
