Hello, my name is Carlos, and I am reaching out for help during a time of great personal difficulty. Due to a disability and the financial strain caused by the challenging times we are all facing, Iā€™ve fallen behind on my mortgage payments. Despite my best efforts to catch up and even negotiating with my mortgage company, Iā€™ve been denied the possibility of a repayment plan. The only way for me to keep my home and avoid foreclosure is to raise enough funds to bring my mortgage up to date and restructure the loan.

The reason Iā€™m asking for help today is not just to save my home, but to keep my family together. I have five dogs who mean the world to me. They are my everythingā€”my companions, my support, and the reason Iā€™ve fought so hard to keep going. If I lose my home, Iā€™ll be forced to separate from them, and I canā€™t bear that thought. Iā€™ve poured every ounce of energy into trying to stay afloatā€”whether through creating content, starting projects, or finding other ways to make ends meetā€”but nothing has been enough to make up the gap.
