Done and dusted !

Congratulations Annabelle.

It's been an amazing journey with our student. Annabelle was very committed and focused. She enrolled at the centre with little or no knowledge of cake baking and decoration.Thanks to the burning desire to learn , she was able to acquire skills which enabled her to master the art of cake baking and decoration. We present to you Annabelle's project- a two tiers cake with edible flowers. Annabelle may be graduating today but she shall continue to benefit coaching and guidance from the centre. We shall be posting pictures of her post training works. We wish her the very best.

It's a wrap! Our student's final project.

The inside of a cake is as important as the external beauty. Unless you understand the science of baking, you will not be able to produce moist,fluffy and yummy cakes.
Annabelle has mastered the art of baking. During her training at RHESAC, she learnt 7 new cake recipes together with the techniques to achieving wonderful results that will tantalize customer's tastebuds.
