Homecoming at UNCP is a special time to return to campus, reconnect with classmates/friends and celebrate the traditions/memories that make the university so meaningful! Dr. Brooks often expounds on how (UNCP) prepared him to further his education in Vet- Med. Also while examining animals Dr. Brooks often educates clients about the goodness of (UNCP) and how he is proud to be an Alumnus. Happy homecoming to all the fellow braves. May we continue to celebrate the memories, traditions and lasting Legacy of UNCP.
If you can and are able come join the celebration Thursday Oct 22nd @ 4p.m. for the annual UNCP homecoming parade where student organizations, local businesses, bands and alumni groups bring lots of cheer, laughter and spirit to our wonderful town!!!

ATTENTION HUNTERS (DEER, C**N, RABBIT, QUAIL, DUCK, FOX, HOG, COYOTE, ETC) Hunting season is coming near and this is your opportunity to get your fur babies vaccinated for Rabies. Have a lot of dogs and don't want to pay a huge vet bill to bring them in?! Now is your time!!!!ROBESON COUNTY VETERNARIANS will be hosting a Pre-gun dog hunt Rabies Clinic Friday Oct 9th and Saturday Oct 10th @ $18 per animal. This event is open to not only hunters but all pet owners as well. Please contact your local Robeson county vet to verify their hours as some may be different. Rabies in our area is pretty critical. It is nearly always fatal. Once symptoms appear, leading to severe neurological complications and death within days to weeks. Please get your Rabies shots up to date on your fur babies so that we can prevent losing them to such a deadly disease. Please Share Share Share.

PSA: Our patients and clients are very important to us as well as our families. As we all know the school year is approaching very quickly and we at PVH are trying to get prepared to better accommodate your fur babies as well as our own babies. So we have a couple of announcements to make about closures and events.
Thursday August 20th our office will close at 12 noon so that we can meet and greet public school teachers and staff to prepare our "Littles" as they return.
Saturday August 22nd our office will be open to the public for normal business hours but will be limited to appointments/exams as Dr Brooks will be out enjoying time with his family and friends making memories.
Saturday September 5th and Monday Sept 7th our office will be closed in observance of Labor Day.
