A FIRST FOR ERSKINE COLLEGE!
We are incredibly proud to have played a part in something truly special.
This is the first medical service dog at Erskine College in more than 10 years and the first-ever medical service dog for an Erskine athlete!
We had the privilege of training this incredible pup specifically for her as a medical service dog, preparing them to work together as a team and giving her a reliable partner she can depend on every day.
Service dog training is much more than teaching obedience. It requires reliability, confidence, environmental stability, public-access manners, and the ability to perform specific tasks when they matter most. It takes a tremendous amount of work from both the dog and the handler.
Seeing this young athlete now have her dog by her side, both on campus and as she pursues her athletic goals, is exactly why we love what we do.
We don’t just train dogs. We train working partners, change lives, and help give people greater independence.
We are honored to have been trusted with such an important job. Congratulations to this incredible team!
