We have a few updates to share!

September is almost completely booked! If you’re needing an appointment, please reach out soon to grab one of the remaining spots.

We are also prebooking for the holidays, so if you know you’ll need an appointment around Thanksgiving or Christmas, we recommend getting on the schedule as soon as possible

The bathing position has officially been filled. Thank you so much to everyone who applied and took the time to reach out. We truly appreciate your interest and support.

I have 15 years of experience in dog grooming, and this isn’t just a job—it’s the only career I’ve ever known. I’ve put my life savings, time, and heart into building this business, and I take a lot of pride in what I do.

I know how to work efficiently while still providing safe, quality, detailed grooming. I don’t cut corners or rush dogs through—I simply know what I’m doing. Being fast does NOT mean I’m not thorough—it means I’m experienced.

I’m not here to judge anyone. I’m here to educate and help you care for your pets between grooms—whether that’s their coat, nails, ears, or overall grooming needs. My goal is to work WITH you so your pet can stay healthy, comfortable, and happy.

My policies are in place for a reason. They help keep things safe, fair, consistent, and running smoothly for everyone. They aren’t meant to be difficult or personal—they are part of how I protect the dogs in my care, my business, and the experience I provide to every client.

I also want to be clear: disrespect, yelling, harassment, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Clients who treat me or my staff this way, or repeatedly leave malicious reviews, will not be welcome in my facility.

As professional groomers, we spend a lot of hands-on time with your pet. Because of that, we may notice things like skin irritation, ear issues, lumps and bumps, broken nails, matting, or other changes that are easy to miss.

When we mention something we've noticed or offer advice, it isn't a judgment of you or your care for your pet. It's simply sharing an observation because we care about their health and comfort.

We're not veterinarians, and we don't diagnose medical conditions—we simply share what we see and recommend following up with your veterinarian when appropriate.

The best care happens when pet owners, groomers, and veterinarians work together as a team. Thank you for trusting us to care for your pets and for understanding that our observations always come from a place of genuine concern.

📢 Cancellation Policy Reminder

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a direct impact on our small business. That appointment time is reserved specifically for your pet and cannot usually be filled on short notice.

Effective immediately, all last-minute cancellations and no-shows will be charged a $40 fee per pet. This policy helps cover lost appointment time and allows us to continue providing quality service to all of our clients.
