Thursday update: Thank you for all of your calls of concern for this family and adorable doggies! We are not accepting any more calls because we have chosen a family who is taking BOTH girls.
Updated to add: The girls have lived only with each other and no other dogs or cats. They are both microchipped, up to date on vaccines, spayed and on Simparica Trio monthly. They lived in a home with a doggie door, so they may need help with scheduled potty breaks in a new environment. The rehoming fee is $100 - $50 per dog
ISO a loving home for two adorable Yorkies: These two girls, Teta (13 years old, on the right) and Nikkie (7 years old), lost their dad to illness and their home to a fire last month. Due to multiple factors, they are unable to stay with their mom and remaining family members.
Please call the clinic and ask for Dr. Laura Meaux 985-863-5404 with any questions about the girls. Although they have been together since Nikkie was born, they do not have to be rehomed together.
We ask that you have respect for this situation. Any negative comments will be deleted. We are just asking for help.
