After 12 years at Paxton Animal Hospital, and 10 years as Practice Manager, it's time for a new chapter for me, staying home with my babies. After giving a seven week notice, my last day is this Friday August 7th.

This place has been so much more than a job to me. The knowledge and opportunities that Dr. Wang gave me truly shaped my career and I'm incredibly grateful for everything he taught me. To every employee I've had over the years, I really don't have the words to thank you. So many of you became family to me. And to our clients, most of you became like family to me as well and I thank you for trusting our practice with your pets. There are patients, even from years and years ago, that I'll never forget.

The picture I'm sharing is of every thank you card we have received in my ten years of managing. I have saved every. single. one. Those cards meant more to us than I could ever explain, especially on the hard days. Vet Med isn't always easy, and I hope one day it gets the understanding and appreciation it deserves.

I know I'm leaving my position in the best hands with Lindsey, Shaylin, and our new team. I ask for a little patience as they settle into their new roles.

This isn't really goodbye. I'll still be around to help when I can, answer questions, and fill in if needed. A big part of my heart will always belong to Paxton Animal Hospital. For so many years, this place was my whole life. Now I have the opportunity to be home with my babies while they're still little, and I know that's where I'm meant to be.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of these last 12 years. I'll carry this place with me forever. ❤️

Friendly Reminder from all of us at PAH 🐾

Our office will be closed from June 6th through June 14th. During this time, our driveway will be undergoing repaving, and Dr. Wang will be traveling out of state.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we complete these improvements. We look forward to seeing you and your pets when we reopen!
