🐾 A MESSAGE FROM THE PET DEPARTMENT ❤️
To all of our amazing customers, friends, and fellow animal lovers,
Times have been incredibly rough for us lately, and we want to be honest with everyone about where things stand. As many of you have probably noticed, our shelves are looking pretty bare, our tanks are emptier than we'd like, and our overall stock is at an all-time low.
Unfortunately, we've reached a point where we haven't been able to place the orders needed to restock our store the way we'd like to. This means many of the products you normally come in for simply aren't on our shelves right now. It's not necessarily that these items are unavailable from our suppliers; it's that we've been unable to bring them in. We know this has been frustrating for our customers, and believe us, it's just as frustrating for us.
The last thing we ever wanted was to see our store in this position. The Pet Department has been part of this community for over 30 years, and we're incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported us, shopped with us, and trusted us to help care for your pets over the years. ❤️
But please, don't give up on us just yet! 🐶🐱🐠🦎
There is a possibility that things could start turning around, and that we may be able to get things back up and running more like they should be in the near future. We're hopeful that we could start seeing some real changes as early as next month, although December is looking like a more likely timeframe.
We do want to be clear that nothing is official yet, and nothing is set in stone. There are still things that need to fall into place, and we don't want to make promises we can't guarantee. But there is hope, and we're holding on to it!
We know it's hard to walk into your favorite pet store and not find what you're looking for. It hurts us, too, not to have the products, animals, and supplies we'd love to offer you. We're hoping that, with a little luck and some positive changes, we'll have the opportunity to rebuild our inventory and bring the store back to where it belongs.
Until then, thank you for your patience, kindness, and continued support through these difficult times. Every bit of support means more than you know.
We're still here, we're still hoping, and we're asking you to please keep the faith with us a little longer. 🙏❤️
