Phoebe & Grady, the dynamic duo, at it again. 😂

Mom had a few errands to run today, so the pups and I got a little extra time together after grooming. I may have played with Grady just a little too hard because I turned around when things suddenly got suspiciously quiet…and had to do a double take. 🤣

You know how cameras sometimes catch the weirdest angle or that one-eye-open shot? For a second, I’m pretty sure Phoebe and I were thinking the exact same thing. 👀😅

No worries—Grady was perfectly fine. Just doing what brothers do best: giving everyone a tiny heart attack before taking a very dramatic nap.

Honestly, causing concern seems to be his theme lately. 💕

She’s tiny, curious, ridiculously cute, and has already managed to completely win us over. 😂

I LOVE my puppy clients… but watching them grow up is so bittersweet. 🥹😂

It’s basically like getting a brand new dog every few weeks—except I get to skip the process of exposure training, the land-shark phase, and that very specific puppy smell. 🤣

Bentley has gotten SO big between his first and second visits, and somehow he’s even cuter now. 💕

His momma couldn’t wait to show him off 🤗❤️

Upcoming Grooming Availability ✂️🐾

Hi everyone! 💕 I know I’ve been a little quiet on social media lately — you guys have been keeping me BUSY! 😂

I wanted to pop on and share my current upcoming openings since my schedule is continuing to fill pretty far in advance.

✨ Monday, September 21st — 10:30 AM
✨ Thursday, September 24th — 12:00 PM
✨ Thursday, October 1st — 12:00 PM
✨ Tuesday, October 6th — 9:00 AM

These are currently my soonest available appointments, so if your pup is due/will be due for grooming around that time, I definitely recommend planning ahead! Availability may vary slightly depending on your pet’s size and the service needed.

Just a little friendly reminder that I am only one person and can only fit so much into each day. I’m always going to do my best to accommodate everyone when I can, but pre-booking really is the best way to make sure your pup has a spot when they’re due. If you choose to wait to schedule, I’m still happy to help, but I can’t always guarantee an opening right away.

One of my grooming guilty pleasures… watching all that loose coat go flying. 😂

There’s something so satisfying about using the force dryer to separate the coat, straighten everything out, and blast away all that trapped dead hair.

Jäger may not appreciate the process nearly as much as I do, but I could blow dry all day. 😎

I need some moral support here—please tell me I’m not the only one. 😂

Yes, I’m a professional dog groomer. No, that does not mean my own dogs are always perfectly groomed. After spending all day taking care of everyone else’s dogs, the last thing I feel like doing is coming home and grooming mine!

Poor Jäger had been pushed off for so long that I finally had to put my own 12-year-old dog on my official schedule just to make sure his bath actually happened. 🤦‍♀️ And naturally, the groomer’s dog is always the hairiest one. I swear I removed enough coat to build an entirely new Jäger.

He was also deeply unimpressed by the whole experience. Once he knew we were finished, he stared intensely at the door while silently demanding his release—and apparently required me to wear full protective equipment for emotional support. 😂

Hairdressers, mechanics, groomers…please tell me we all neglect our own a little while taking care of everyone else’s! 🐾💕

Archie the puppy! 🐾

This was only his second official haircut appointment, and he was the bestest boy. He is already doing such an amazing job learning the grooming routine—and looking pretty adorable while he does it!

Yesterday was doodle day! 🐾

This handsome guy is Duke, who made the trip in from the Carrisa Plains for his grooming appointment. He traded all that fluff for a fresh, comfortable haircut while keeping that sweet doodle face.

Side note (they are my favorite)- take a peek at his super long lashes 🥰❤️

A quiet little sibling grooming day with Bodie and Willow. 🤍

While one was on the table, the other was able to rest nearby instead of waiting alone in another room. They could see each other, see me, and remain part of what was happening the entire time.

This is exactly what I wanted when I created my one-on-one studio: a calm space where dogs aren’t surrounded by constant barking, dryers, and unfamiliar activity. I’m able to keep everyone close, work at their pace, and make small adjustments based on what helps each dog feel safest.

Because a successful grooming appointment isn’t only about how a dog looks when they leave. It’s also about how they felt while they were here.
