We have several adoptables!

Meet Olivia! She is an adorable 6 year old Pug mix with a touch of Frenchie charm. She is sweet, loving, energetic and surprisingly athletic for her size, weighing in about 25 lbs.

After a rough start, Olivia is a happy, affectionate dog who loves both people and dogs. She does great at the small dog park and has lots of energy. She would probably excel at agility or any activity where she can stay active and engaged. She loves walks, exploring the yard and learning new things.

She knows her basic commands, is fully house trained and up to date on her vaccines. She loves toys, belly rubs and truly is a wonderful companion.

Roo’s Mom called yesterday telling me she was a very sick little girl. If you remember her, she was the mother to our latest litter of puppies including the infamous Winnie. Our hearts sank when we got the diagnosis. She was positive for Parvo even though she had the vaccine in December. Thankfully there is a new treatment - an antibody shot that attacks the virus and raises the survival rate to 98%. She has more recovery to do but she’s definitely feeling better! Please donate to help with her vet bill!!

We’ve been keeping a secret! Little Milo is available for adoption! 8 month old Milo is the sweetest 5 lb little boy! He loves playing with other dogs & toys. Just a reminder. Chihuahua de Mayo at the Dog Bar has been rescheduled to Saturday May 9th! Kingston will be there looking for his forever home! Kingston is a 5 yr old sweet cuddly boy. 9 lbs and house trained! He walks well on a leash & loves to play with toys! Chihuahua de Mayo has been postponed to Saturday May 9th due to projected bad weather!

Sunday 1-5 is our yearly Chihuahua de Mayo event at the Dog Bar in St Pete!! Chihuahua Races! Costume Contest! Food Truck & Muttgaritas! Nugget will be there waiting for his forever family! Nugget is 7 years old & 23 lbs. We think he may be a Shibo Inu mix. He is a perfect gentleman!! Sweet, house broken and loves to be around his person! Plenty of Paws was a huge success! Congrats & thanks to acutienamedstewie & Breck Pribyl!! It was a tough decision but our very own Winnie found her forever Valentine!!! Congrats to her new human dad, uncle & grandma!! Happy life little one! You are a special girl!!
