Congratulations to Lola on graduating from our Day Train program! 🎓🐾

After seeing minimal improvement in her reactivity and no progress with obedience in her previous force-free training program, Lola’s trainer referred her and her dad to us at PLAY! K9 Academy, and the transformation has been incredible.

Lola came to us with extremely high prey drive, with small dogs and critters being major triggers for her. Her new balanced trainer, Emily, got to work establishing clear boundaries, building foundational obedience, and teaching Lola how to make better choices around distractions. She even worked her around cats during her Day Train program!

But training the dog is only half the equation. Emily also worked one-on-one with Lola’s dad, helping him understand how to communicate with her, maintain her training, and confidently navigate everyday life together.

And the changes go far beyond obedience. Lola has lost a ton of weight, is happier, more fulfilled, and has become a regular at our weekly group training classes. 💪🐕

We couldn’t be happier with her progress. Great job, Lola and Dad!

Isn’t Luna so adorable?! She’s a super smart young pup who has already completed three in-home sessions and has now moved on to our Day Train Program. She spends the day playing with other pups and working on all of her important puppy skills with our trainer Emily.

The best time to start training is NOW! Don’t wait for the problem to get out of hand. Let us help you raise a well-behaved and socialized dog.

Mako is so handsome! He may look like an adult but this guy is only about 7 months old! He’s a red Euro Dobermann enrolled in our most popular Day Train program.

Joey is loving his Mini Board and Train with PLAY! He’s working on leash skills, potty training, basic obedience, and most importantly he’s getting proper socialization. Just because your pup is small doesn’t mean they wouldn’t benefit from training!

A few faces of group class today. Unfortunately I missed a couple but it was so nice to see some old faces again. We stated off a bit rough but got back on track quickly. Remember, training is lifelong. You have to do the work on your end to maintain it. Be consistent and it will show. Great job everyone!

Dietzel 🖤 This guy completed our in-home program just a few days before turning one year old! He also boards with us regularly and comes to group class as often as possible. His owners’ dedication shows in his near perfect manners and obedience.

Sometimes prospective clients ask if I can guarantee their dog will get better. And truthfully it’s kind of hard to guarantee anything when 99% falls on the owner but I can absolutely guarantee that if you put in the work and follow our professional guidance you will see a difference!
