Penelope came in for a recheck after her ear hematoma had refilled. We drained the hematoma again to help relieve the swelling and discomfort, and showed her owner how to properly apply her ear wrap at home to help protect her ear while it heals. 🐾💗
We’re hoping Penelope’s ear is feeling much better soon!

🐝 Sweet Cocopuff had a little run-in with a bee while out on a walk! After being stung, she came in to see us and was given diphenhydramine (Benadryl) to help with her reaction. Thankfully, Cocopuff is feeling much better now! 💕🐾

Bee stings can cause swelling, redness, and discomfort in pets, so it’s important to keep a close eye on them for any signs of an allergic reaction.

A quick heads-up as we get closer to Labor Day! Our Urgent Care will be closed Monday for the holiday and will reopen on Tuesday, September 8th at 5:00 PM. 🐾

As you make your holiday plans, don’t forget to keep your pets safe! ❤️🤍💙 Keep them cool and hydrated, avoid sharing unsafe table foods, keep them away from grills and open flames, and make sure they’re secure during any loud celebrations or fireworks.

Max came to see us after having some loose stool. 🐾
After getting checked out and receiving some care, we’re happy to report that his tummy troubles have since resolved and he’s doing much better! 💙
