As some more questions arise we are here to help answer them:

When will we be closing?
- Our last day of intake will be next Friday, July 25th, 2025.

What do I do if I still have a pet waiting to be picked up?
- Our doors will still remain open for pickups until all pets are back with their families and notified All pets will be in an area of safe keeping. Our phone number will still be in operation to arrange pick up times even after we have stopped operations.

Is there anywhere else that does pet cremation in our area?
- Our manager, Alexus, has taken her time to vet other pet cremation services in the near by area that are sole pet cremation services that operate to the same standards that we had in place: Precious Pals Pet Cremation in Sullivan Mo; The Hill Pet Cremation in Altenburg Mo. Mineral Area Vet Clinic does offer their own cremation services.l

Dear Valued Pet Families,

It is with deep regret that we announce the closing of Parkland Pet Cremation. When we started Parkland Pet Cremation, our goal was to serve our pet families with the same care and compassion we provide to human families. Over the past five years, we've had the privilege of doing so and have formed many wonderful friendships with you.

As you may know, our manager, Alexus Groom, has accepted a teaching position in Agriculture with the Fredericktown School District. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Alexus for all her hard work and dedication to Parkland Pet Cremation and we wish her the very best.

We believe in the entrepreneurial spirit of our community, and we hope that someone will explore opening a new pet cremation provider in the future.
