I know this will greatly inconvenience several of our customers, but unfortunately we need to suspend our taxidermy services effective immediately.

During the past several months our backlog has grown to an unmanageable level causing our already long lead times to be even longer. To reduce our overall workload we are asking customers to send items for our “Rugging Only” service. In other words, if a rug shell is needed you must complete it before sending the item to us. Our rugging only service continues to turn items around in 6-8 weeks. Our taxidermy service is the only service with a delay.

Beautiful color in this guy. It’s a big one too. The finished rug is 50 square feet.

72” of sewing to shape a 52” bear!! I wish I could say it was one in a million but it’s just another day at Rug-Be Bears. We sew the extra inch to ensure every rug has a great shape. 😁

Most customers ask for open mouth poses but I believe closed mouth makes for a more natural look.
