Today was one of those days that reminds you how deeply our dogs touch our hearts.

Roxy crossed the Rainbow Bridge, and my heart is broken for her family. Roxy was especially close to mine because she was Chewy’s sister. Every time she came into the shop, I couldn’t help but see a little piece of Chewy. They looked so much alike, even though they each had their own beautiful personality.

When I heard the news today, it brought me right back to the day I had to say goodbye to Chewy. Losing a dog is never “just losing a pet.” It’s losing a family member, a best friend, and a piece of your heart.

Roxy, thank you for every tail wag, every sweet visit, and for reminding me of my beautiful Chewy. I hope the two of you are together again, running free, healthy, and happy.

To Roxy’s family, thank you for giving her a life filled with love. My heart is with you during this incredibly difficult time. May all the beautiful memories you shared bring you comfort, and may you always feel her love beside you.

Run free, sweet Roxy. You will always be remembered and forever loved. ❤️🐾 To smith family 💔💔

Bella only likes me! 😂❤️🐾

She is one of my most loyal clients and only lets me groom, bathe, and handle her. The minute she realizes someone else is trying to touch her, she’s not happy about it!

We’ve built a special bond over the years, and her trust means everything to me. Love you, Bella! ❤️

Dear clients

Sometimes people forget that behind a small business is a real human being. 💜

I love what I do, I love your dogs, and I always try my best to accommodate everyone — even same-day appointments whenever possible. But sometimes life happens, medical reasons happen, and I need to slow down for a few days too.

Closing the store for two days should not feel like the end of the world. I’m not a machine, I’m a person trying to balance work, health, and life just like everyone else.

Thank you to the clients that understand, support, and show kindness. It truly means more than you know. 🐾

🌈 In Loving Memory of Sweet Dante 🌈

Dante was one of our cherished senior pups, and it was truly an honor to care for him through the years.
Just before the holidays, I had the privilege of grooming him one last time — a moment I will always hold close to my heart 🤍

We are deeply grateful for his mom’s unwavering loyalty and trust. Clients like you become family, and dogs like Dante leave paw prints on our hearts forever.

Rest peacefully, sweet boy 🌈🐾
You will always be remembered.
