Friends of the Animal Farm, we are sorry to say that Brenda (the farm director) passed away peacefully in her sleep at the home of a friend, on September 5th, 2026, after a brief acute illness.
There will be no service or visitation, in keeping with Brenda's wishes.

This does mean that the Animal Farm is no longer a functional shelter or business at this time.
We will be turning off commenting and are unable to answer questions, out of respect for Brenda and her family and friends.

Does anyone recognize this dog? She showed up at the clinic yesterday evening and we absolutely have no room or funds to take on another dog right now! Please share!!!!
