Friendly reminder AGAIN 😭
When you book an appointment with us, your appointment time is your appointment time……not a suggestion. We allow a 15 minute grace period but after that, especially if you haven’t communicated with us that you will be late, we will cancel your appointment and reschedule you.
Our reminders are automatically sent out with the appointment date and time on them, if you confirm that, then we are assuming you understand that is your appointment time. If you need to change the appointment time or date, just message us as soon as you get the reminder so we can try our best to work with you!
We book our appointments in a way that allows us to give the appropriate amount of time for each dog in our care so if you’re late, that puts our entire day behind.
We would also like to address some of our new client complaints about your pup not being done fast enough. For small dogs we always give a time of 3-4 hours. On a big dog it’s 5-7 hours. Most of the time they’re done much faster, however we give that time frame because there are 6 groomers in this shop and we all have to work our dogs in based on their appointment times. If you would like us to stop everything and work on just your dog from the time it gets here until the time it leave, we offer an express groom at a fee of $15. If you want this service it needs to be requested at the time of booking.
Also, we close AT 5 pm, your dog needs to be picked up before 5pm, ANYTHING after that is $15 fee and if you’re later than 15 minutes we have to kennel your dog for the night and then you’ll be charged a kennel fee on top of that.
We are not trying to be rude, we don’t want to upset people but we also feel that people forget we are humans with families too. We want to go home at the end of the day just as fast as you do!
