I’ve been absolutely terrible at taking pictures and somehow even worse at posting them. 📸🙈

Apparently, I’ve spent the last two months grooming dogs, boarding pets, answering messages, booking appointments, and surviving on caffeine instead of remembering to update social media.

So before everyone starts thinking I’ve disappeared, here’s a photo dump from the last 2 months of wagging tails, fresh haircuts, and happy pups! 🐶✂️

📣 Big News! The Appointment Book Has Gone Digital (and I couldn’t be more excited 😅🐾 )📣

I’ve reached out to most of my clients individually, but I wanted to make sure everyone is aware of an exciting change!

I will now be using Square Booking to help keep appointments organized and make things easier for everyone.

🐾 What does this mean for you?

✅ No more waiting for me to check my books to schedule an appointment
✅ Easy access to your upcoming appointments
✅ Faster appointment changes and updates
✅ Automatic reminders so neither of us has to rely on memory (because let's be honest, life gets busy!)

You will now receive notifications when:

📅 An appointment is booked(Calendar clients, please be patient over the next few weeks—you may receive several notifications while I enter your yearly appointments!)

✏️ An appointment is changed

❌ An appointment is canceled

⏰ A reminder is sent 24 hours before your appointment, which will also allow you to confirm your visit.

If notifications aren't your thing, you can turn them off. However, I will no longer be sending reminder texts manually. The system has officially taken over that job so I can spend more time with the pups and less time playing secretary. 😆

📱 You will still need to contact me directly to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments.

My goal is simply to make things run more smoothly while giving clients the option of booking specific appointment times if they prefer. I will still continue offering morning drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups for those who need the flexibility.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please make sure I have your current phone number! This will be the primary way appointment reminders and updates are sent moving forward.

As always, thank you for your support and patience as I make improvements behind the scenes. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out!
