Thank you to our Butte County community for coming to Paradise to celebrate the rebuild of the area. We had an amazing response with more than 300 people attending our "Rebuilt Party" here at Noble Orchards this past Monday August 24th. We celebrated everyone's change from "That Day" to now.

A special Thank You to Monica Nolan with the Paradise Chamber of Commerce, Mark Thorpe and Emma for their assistance with our event.

CURRENTLY AT THE ORCHARD peaches by the thousands both whites and yellow freestone peaches are available from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm 7 days a week.

Available now are Gala, Jonathan and Belle de Boskoop apples, that was originally discovered in the Netherlands in 1856. They are large heirloom cooking and dessert, sweet/tart apples. Our crew of 18-, 19-, and 20-year-olds absolutely love that apple!!!!
Apple Cider too, available in gallons and pint containers, do come in for a sample.

As we joined both the Wednesday and Saturday Chico Certified Farmers Markets last week fruit is moving quickly from our farm to your home. Load up the freezer and can peaches for later use while they are all at their prime.

MORE FROM OUR CELEBRATION AT "THE REBUILT PARTY":
There have been tremendous amounts of construction so far and we all know that will continue for many years to come. More than just the construction is the sense of community that continues to grow as children attend newly constructed beautiful school facilities and former residents repopulate our communities and we are welcoming new residents who choose to join us in our community.

The nibbles from Lofi Cafe on Clarke Road were over the top fabulous, thank you Jared. The quartet, Sandy Miller and friends, played wonderful music, the acoustics left a bit to be reconned with but after all we were using the cold storage. And the last dance number was certainly enjoyed by at least one couple. And there were the Root Beer floats served in our "Packing Shed" that awaits the arrival of said equipment.

I wish I could have located the "Guest Book" that we established as we moved back to the farm. Was it buried in boxes labeled FVT (Fire Victims Trust)? It remains to be located for future use.

Yes, we have peaches: O'Henry, Cal Red, both are yellow freestone peaches and Snow Giants a delicious white, sweet and crunchy to grill for a dessert and that ripen on the counter to a juicy delicious peach. Cut them up to freeze for an afternoon smoothie. We have both top-quality peaches and ready to cut up and freeze ones too (much cheaper). More varieties will ripen very soon. Come by for samples, make your selections and process them while the heat is on. Freeze if you can, leave the canning to a cooler day or freeze to make smoothies and jams later in the fall. Prices range from $4.00/pound to larger boxes $2.50/lb on to misfits $10.00 for 20 lbs.

"REBUILT PARTY" INSIDE OUR "COOL" NEW COLD STORAGE MONDAY AUGUST 24, 4:30 TO 7:30 music, nibbles, beverages, apple cider to drink, things to talk about, stories to tell, things to show you, what we found in the ground and just a good old fashioned get together.

Let us all celebrate that we are all in a different place than we were
"THAT DAY". We need to remember those who are no longer with us and to welcome all the new people who chose to join us up on this hillside, those who left and are now returning. Celebrate the goodness of life now, remember the past, mow the weeds, trim up the trees and shrubs, NEVER throw any ci******es out the window of a vehicle and continue to enjoy life every day. Teach the young-ins' how to avoid fires and respect the world they live in. Move forward, there are lots of good days ahead.

Gala apples are being picked, great for lunches and snacks.

Just opened for the day....Snow Giant White peaches for lots of uses, especially to freeze for smoothies on hot afternoons. They are on sale too. Loose pack $15.00 for 1 box (20lbs) or 2 boxes (40lbs) for $25.00. They are NOT 2nd quality just tons of smaller peaches ripening so a real deal for customers.

Tray packs with larger fruit are also available in the Snow Giants and Zee Lady Yellow Peaches or by the pound for smaller quantities.

Gala Apples will start coming in from the orchard in a couple of days.

at our farmstand set up by our home.

PEACH SALE we are loaded with peaches especially the incredible white ones, Snow Giants.

Snow Giant Peaches $15.00 per 20 lb. box loose pack or 2 for $25.00. Tray packed larger sized regularly $35.00 marked down to $30.00. 6 pallets of fruit were sorted by our crew yesterday, great job guys. Have you tried grilling white peaches for dessert? They are fabulous and so easy to do.

We have had a problem with our Yellow Zee Lady Peaches. Road work has immensely limited customers' access to our business. Peaches out on display got ruined, too hot. If you got terrible fruit from us, please text me, we will make good with our Tra Zee Peaches when they are ripe and immensely apologize for the incident. Comment to this post with amount of fruit purchased and your first name.
It is easiest to access us from the north driveway. Today we are
open at 10:00 am.

PEACHES BY THE LUGS, 20 LBS, SAVE $5.00 PER 2 LAYER BOX WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY AUGUST 5TH AND 6TH. We have Snow Giant, white peaches and Zee Lady, yellow peaches. Both are great for the freezer for use later when fresh peaches are not available. Open 8:00 am until 4:00 pm.

We have had to deal with controlled traffic again this week on Pentz Road. Come in from the north and use our driveway with the sign "SALE" and "PEACHES". Hopefully you won't get caught up in the traffic constraints.

Buy 2 boxes of top quality, white peaches (20 lbs. each) and get a layer of yellow (10 lbs. of Zee Lady) also top-quality peaches on us. We have to keep ahead of fruit that is ripening rapidly in our orchard.

Snow Giant White peaches are delicious, sweet and firm ones are great for your grill tonight. The perfect ending to a scrumptious dinner and they are so easy to prepare. They also freeze very well for frozen smoothies on a hot afternoon. Cutting peaches for the freezer, what a great activity for a scorching hot afternoon. And we all know hot days are here this week!!!!!!

Welcome all,

We are unable to open this morning, due to complications.
If you were counting on picking up peaches today here at the farm please call 530 781-4784 we can fill orders as requested.

My words from my previous post still are true.
"Our reconstruction since "that day" is approaching completion. Will it ever be done, likely not. Life is a work in progress."

We will open to the public Friday, July 31, 2026, with both Zee Lady yellow peaches and Snow Giant white peaches. Our sales booth will be up near our home.

Please drive forward only, no turning around/backing up. Those movements could dig into the surface and leave marks on the new driveway.

Come for a mostly dust free visit to Noble Orchards, 2026 version.

We look forward to seeing you soon and thank you for your understanding. We will get back to normal with peaches ripening through September/October if we have usual weather conditions this fall. Apples should begin in the next couple of weeks with Galas first.

Our reconstruction since "that day" is approaching completion. Will it ever be done, likely not. Life is a work in progress, and we are ready to celebrate that.

Paving will be completed tomorrow on our brand-new driveway. It still follows our old driveway path but will be smooth and free of CLOUDS OF DIRT!!!!

We will reopen on Thursday morning, with our farmstand near our home, yes still under tents for the next few weeks.

Do plan to attend Paradise Chamber of Commerce's Party in the Park tomorrow evening. It will be the last one for this season from 5:30 until 8:30 pm at the Depot Park here in Paradise.

SALE ON PEACHES AT PARTY IN THE PARK: As you enter the event stop by to order a single layer box of Snow Giant white, or Zee Lady yellow peaches for $20.00 (regularly $30.00 to 35.00) from Noble Orchards. We will hold them cold at our booth for you to pick up on the way out.

It is time to celebrate all the good that has occurred since THAT DAY.

Our open house event inside our new Cold Storage will be Monday, August 24 from 4:30 until 7:30 pm. Live music, a spread of delicious foods, and tales of what has been located on our property
during the rebuild process, with short tours of the area if anyone is brave enough to go walking. It may be August, but it will be cool in the building. There will be surprises too and numerous thankyous going to all who helped make the recovery possible. OH, AND CIDER TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND OTHER SPECIAL SURPRISES.

Many more details to come regarding upcoming August 24th event.

There are tons of peaches growing in our orchard and they will be harvested in the next several months. Apples will start rolling in too, beginning with the sweet Gala apples and a celebration in between will round out the coming month.
