August was a big month around here!
Our Sydney is now fully immersed in her grad. school program + internship, so you won't see her around here is 😢
We are so proud of her & also sad to lose her! 🫶
Sydney has been a constant here at RRVW for 3 years. A constant calmness, positive thinker, loyal and reliable employee, skilled horse handler & hard worker!
On top of all she has done here, I am proud of how much she has accomplished outside of work- finishing a Bachelor's degree, starting graduate school, running half marathons, running a full marathon, bringing along her young dressage horse into quite the horse, traveling & so much more! And she still managed to pack her lunch every day!
I am super proud (and thankful!) that in 3 years of helping horses together, there were no major injuries for either of us! That's a testament to a vet techs skills & her expert horse handling abilities 🐴
We turned the barn into a fancy party venue for a few hours & did some reminiscing on all the memories- some funny & some scary 🥳🤣
My kiddos still don't understand...needless to say, Sydney, you will be missed! And you'll always have a cheering squad around here! ✨️
