Apollo had her very first visit at Evergreen today and had a LOT to say about it. 😂

This sweet girl was found as a stray, so her first kitten visit is especially important!

For kittens with an unknown history, we recommend a thorough physical exam, age-appropriate vaccinations, f***l testing, deworming & screening for FeLV/FIV when indicated.

Those first few visits help us catch potential health concerns early and give kittens the healthiest possible start.

Apollo may be tiny, but her opinions are certainly not. 💚

Holly and Duke would like to formally dispute the rumor that dogs don’t like going to the vet. 🐾

Somewhere along the way, veterinary visits got a reputation for being scary. We’re pretty big fans of changing that.

Happy faces, wagging tails, and patients who actually enjoy being here. That’s the kind of veterinary medicine we love.

We’re not your typical vet clinic. And that’s entirely intentional. 🌿

—> Does your pet love coming to the vet, or do they start plotting their escape the second you pull into the parking lot? 😂 Tell us in the comments!

Apparently the way to celebrate one year in business is to give everyone free caffeine. Noted.

We had such a great turnout today and loved getting to see so many of you outside of an exam room for once.

A huge thank you to Bitty & Beau’s for spending the morning with us, and to everyone who stopped by to grab a drink and celebrate.

Evergreen is one because you guys keep showing up for us.

Today was a pretty good reminder of just how lucky we are. 💚

🌲 ONE YEAR OF EVERGREEN = COFFEE ON US. ☕️

Evergreen officially turned ONE, and what better way to celebrate than with a coffee truck?

Join us Wednesday, October 7th from 9 AM–12 PM at Evergreen Veterinary Clinic for a little birthday celebration. Come grab a FREE drink on us from Bitty & Beau's Coffee, say hi, and celebrate one year of Evergreen with us.

And because we apparently needed to make this unnecessarily on-brand, there’s even a special Evergreen Matcha on the menu. 🌿

Bring your friends, your coworkers, your caffeine dependency — whatever gets you here.

No appointment necessary. No catch. Just coffee.

Evergreen went to infinity and beyond. 🚀🐾

We had way too much fun bringing Toy Story 5 to Walnut Creek Elementary’s Trunk or Treat last night! We handed out plenty of treats, saw so many familiar faces, and had a pretty great time celebrating Halloween with our community.

We love getting to be part of events like this and seeing our patients and their families outside of the clinic. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hi, and let us be part of your Halloween night!

Until next year…
To infinity and beyond! 💚

A year ago today, Evergreen Veterinary Clinic opened its doors.

I’m not really sure how it’s already been a year. It somehow feels like yesterday and also like I’ve lived approximately 14 years since then.

When I started Evergreen, I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted it to be. A clinic that felt personal, calm, and transparent. A place where people didn’t feel like they were being shuffled through a revolving door, and where pets could actually feel comfortable.

There were long days, a lot of figuring things out as I went, and more than a few moments of, “Well… I guess we’re doing this now.”

And somehow, we did.

One year later, Evergreen is so much bigger than the little idea I started with. We have an incredible team, hundreds of patients who have become familiar faces, and a community of people who trusted us with their pets before we had much of a track record to show them.

That part will probably always mean the most to me.

Thank you to everyone who has walked through our doors, trusted us with your animals, recommended us to someone else, shared our posts, left us a review, or supported Evergreen in any way over this past year.

Building this from the ground up has been one of the hardest, most rewarding, and probably least financially responsible things I’ve ever convinced myself was a good idea.

And I’d do it all over again.

I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built.

And I’m really, really grateful that people decided to build it with us.

Happy Birthday, Evergreen. 🌲
