"The Vet, Caetlen Gyhra was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I could tell that she was really concerned about my dog's health. She explained everything so that we understood what was going on and actually showed us the X-ray. I felt that my pet was in the best possible care available in Omaha. Her recommendations were spot on. My only wish was that Caetlen could be my dog's veterinarian from now on. Kudos to Caetlen. Thanks for caring. Caetlen Gyhra is the most caring Veterinarian that I have ever met. She even hugged me which was needed due to my dog's dire health condition. All her recommendations were spot on. "Dr. Vinson did an excellent job on my kitty who needed emergency surgery for eating synthetic hair! She explained all possibilities on how the surgery would go, estimates were clear. She knew exactly what to look for and saved my cat from significant internal damage. The whole clinic staff was great and I'm super appreciative for all their communication throughout!"

"My sweet Ella baby decided a sock tasted good. Well that sock didn’t want to leave her. She became ill and I took her to urgent care as soon as they opened. They took great care of her before during and after surgery! My sweet girl is home recovering! Forever grateful"

"Dr. Buhr and staff took such great care of our dog during his recent overnight stay. They were up front about what the care options could be, kept us updated is as his health improved and provided good information on the after care paperwork. Such a blessing to have this type of emergency vet care available. Hopefully we won’t have a need for emergency vet care in Omaha again, but if we do we’ll definitely use Urgent Pet Care."

"Our Miniature Schnauzer was having bloody diarrhea. We called ahead and brought her in. She had pancreatitis and was in critical condition! Everyone was VERY kind and they clearly care about the animals, and there was excellent communication about how she was doing, what they were doing for her, and what to expect going forward. They gave us low and high estimates, which would be decided on what care she ended up needing. She is doing great now and is back to her old self. ❣️"
