Some of our policy updates and reminders.

We are coming up on our one year anniversary!
It's been an amazing adventure and it has shown us some things that work, and some that do not.

In order to best serve our customers- we have had to implement and uphold the policies listed below.

We completely understand that things come up, emergencies happen, and everyone has lives. We do too 🫶🏻

We are one on one groomers, late cancelations, reschedules, and no shows are so hurtful to our ability to run our business efficiently and sustain our financial stability. Please understand that we don't take it personal when things come up, and we are not being personal when we have to charge those fees to cover appointments slots that were spoken for.

Thank you everyone for the growing and continued support! We simply could not do it without you! 🐾

Because it went as long as it did, we will have double entries for our prebook customers (every 8wks or less scheduled appointments) as well as those that booked the appointments they did with the initial give away post 🐾
