🐾 Two businesses. One heart. A lifelong love for dogs.

Hi, I’m Ranee Moore, the proud owner and operator of Southern Designer Doods and Back 40 K-9 Resort! If you’re new here, welcome—I’m so glad you found us. 🤍

I built these businesses around one shared vision: to give dogs an exceptional start in life and a loving place to return throughout their lives.

At Southern Designer Doods, my dedication begins long before a puppy is born. Through thoughtfully planned pairings, DNA and health-tested parents, early socialization, and hands-on care, I work to raise puppies who are prepared to become cherished family companions. Helping families find their new best friend is a privilege, and my commitment continues long after go-home day.

At Back 40 K-9 Resort, that same love carries into luxury boarding, grooming, and training. My vision is to create a welcoming place where dogs receive attentive, personalized care and families feel comfortable knowing someone cares about the little things that matter to their pet.

Being the owner and operator of both means I’m involved in the everyday work—the early mornings, late nights, puppy snuggles, cleanup, planning, and countless details behind the scenes. These businesses are deeply personal to me, and I put my heart into the care we provide.

To me, luxury means comfort, cleanliness, individual attention, and thoughtful care. It means getting to know each dog and earning the trust of the family who loves them.

Whether you’re welcoming a Southern Designer Doods puppy or trusting Back 40 K-9 Resort with your beloved companion, my goal is the same: for you to feel supported and for your dog to feel loved.

Thank you for supporting my vision, following our journey, and allowing us to be part of your dogs’ lives. 🐶🤍

With love and Southern hospitality,
