🐺💙 Lykoi Train Leaving the Station 💙🐺

The Lykoi train is officially leaving the station this weekend as Malcolm, Edrisa, and Ainsley head off to their new homes and begin their next big adventures.

Freshly bathed, full of purrs, and completely unaware of just how loved they already are, these three are ready to meet their new families. Watching our kittens take this next step is always bittersweet, but nothing compares to seeing the excitement and happiness waiting for them on the other side.

We cannot wait to see the smiles, the cuddles, and the new bonds that are about to begin. Safe travels, little wolves.

The year end standings are out and we're so proud of our kittos this season!

It's been great fun getting the Lykoi out there to meet the public and represent. I'm so proud of the Lykoi attendance in the midwest region, we got some good numbers to the shows. Hoping to recruit more weirdos to the show rings in 2026!

33rd Place Nationally (out of 980 cats all breeds!) while only showing a portion of the year in premiership (in kitten classes the first part of the year

Let's cheer Brandi and Astrid on into the next couple seasons as they strive to achieve a Grand Premier of Distinction (needing 30 finals for each of 3 show seasons) and we'll be rooting for Astrid to make a NW! Time will tell, but we're so incredibly proud of this girl, she's all purrsonality.

Congratulations as well to "G.G." - RW Faolan Glamour Ghoul of LegendNLore - #3 Kitten R1-9 for a RW this season. She's just a speck away from earning her Grand, as well!

Thank you to the friends (new and old) that greeted us at the shows and took time out of their busy lives to come hang out with the weirdo crew. It's been a delight introducing the breed to people who have never gotten to see one in person. We've enjoyed the conversations, the discussions and education from all sides.

A special thank you to the judges for their consideration, comments, and discussion as our breed continues to improve and evolve. We greatly appreciate the feedback and enjoy the discussions. Thank you, as well, to the clubs and the lovely venues we were blessed to attend this season.

Looking forward to a fabulous 2026-2027 season as the Lykoi welcomes the long-haired variant into the AOV category. We look forward to introducing everyone to the crazy coats of the LH this season!

🔪 Prodigal Son Litter Update 🩸

We’re getting close to spay/neuter day and graduation to new homes for this crew… and what a journey it’s been.

These little murder mittens have officially completed their kitten molts and are rapidly growing back in their gorgeous, signature pelts. Watching them transform has been nothing short of incredible.

They’re gearing up to head out into the world—each one already spoken for and ready to charm (or interrogate 😏) their new families.

✨ The lineup:
• Malcolm – SH Black Roan Male - The boys are lagging the girls in sprouting regrowth, but Malcolm is starting to fill in. Love the image of him striking a show dog pose!
• Bright – LH Black Roan Female (staying with Faolan — watch for this shining star in the rings this year as Lykoi step into longhair competition). I'm in love with her. When that long flowy coat comes back in, look out world!
• Martin – LH Polydactyl Black Roan Male (minimal white, possible latent DBE) - Oh...my...goodness, those eyes and ears. Love his head. He's sporting the naked dragon look, currently, but look at that little tail. Dawww.
• Edrisa – LH Polydactyl Odd-Eyed Black Roan Female (minimal white) - What can you say about this little unicorn? She's starting to wolf out that coat, which should come back long and flowy. Striking little peanut, the eyes, the ears, the white spats and those toe-beans. Sigh.
• Ainsley – SH Polydactyl Black Roan Female - She wears her striking white locket with pride.
• Dani – SH Polydactyl Black Roan Female - Baby girl - look at how dark you went in just a couple weeks from naked whiteness!

From chaos to charisma, this group has been unforgettable. We can’t wait to see what they do next. 🖤

🚀 Litter Announcement: The Project Hail Mary Litter 🌌

We’re excited to introduce a very special pairing:
Fennigan (GC, AC Faolan Fillet-of-Fenny Snake) × Ishtar (GC Charm & Bald Ishtar of LegendNLore)

This is an all black roan, no DBE show litter, and we have very high hopes for these little explorers as they begin their journey.

Note: These guys are not being reserved at this time as all kittens are being held for evaluation for the show ring, with priority placement given to show homes for those demonstrating strong potential. We will be holding some back to show and potentially keep in the breeding program, so no decisions will be made until they are older on who, if any, will be available.

Hello everyone. I'm working on updating photos for everyone this weekend (and hoping on call will give me enough reprieve to get these done quickly!) I apologize to those I may have missed in trying to handle the large amount of PMs/messages I've been getting recently. I'll be honest in saying the recent heartbreak with Phoebus took a lot out of me the past couple weeks, so am trying to get caught up. All cases are special, but some particularly are more crushing, and this little guy broke my heart. I've been loving on my kittens and focusing on their care and socialization, which brings healing, for sure.

General updates for my kitten folks and feel free to reach out if I've missed answering a message:

All litters - I will be including flash drives of their kitten photos in all of their kitten packs (for those requesting copies of the kitten photos).

Alien Litter - Donskoy - spayed and neuters went great last week and they'll be graduating soon. Everyone did great!

Prodigal Son Litter - spay/neuter date scheduled for May 3rd. Graduation timing to follow.
